The Art of Cheese at Haystack Mountain Creamery now offers a fun, educational, hands-on array of home cheesemaking classes!

Get your hands into the curd and watch as milk makes its leap toward immortality!

The Art of Cheese (AoC) is owned and operated by Kate Johnson, small-scale local dairy goat farmer and award-winning cheesemaker. AoC offers an array of programs from 2-hour hands-on classes where you can learn how to make Chevre, Feta, Brie, Mozzarella, Burrata, Cheddars and more to multi-day intensive bootcamp programs for students looking to dive deeper into the curd. Make it a “Culinary Vacation” and take a trip to Longmont along the Front Range of Colorado!

Private Cheesemaking classes and events are also available.
