Applewood Smoked Chèvre


Smoking with applewood gives our classic chevre a subtle, elegant complexity. Excellent over roasted beets or other vegetables, or paired with speck, prosciutto, or country hams.  Enjoy with a Weissbieror soft red such as Sangiovese or Pinot Noir.

Ingredients: Cultured, pasteurized goat milk, salt, microbial rennet
