Similar in texture to Snowdrop, but evocative of mushrooms and earth, our classic, vegetable ash-coated pyramids are a lovely addition to cheese plates. Pair with dried fruit, toasted hazelnuts, and a Lambic, Pilsner, or light-bodied red such as Beaujolais.
